COVID-19
We know how much getting out and active with RORO means to it’s clients - especially given the ongoing disruption caused by the COVID crisis.
Based on current regulations and careful consideration, RORO has decided to resume our one-to-one cycle service.
COVID-19 is still a significant risk and we want to make sure that RORO is doing everything it can to ensure the ongoing safety of our clients and the general public.
We have adapted our procedures using guidance from the UK Government, British Cycling and The Federation of Small Businesses.
we kindly ask clients to observe these procedures during our sessions:
Hand washing with soap and water before and after sessions.
Bring your own labelled bottle of water.
Viewers (i.e. support staff or family members) will be asked to observe a 2 metre distance where possible.
If anyone becomes unwell with a new continuous cough or a high temperature, the session will be stopped immediately and advised to follow the stay at home guidance.
IN RETURN, RORO HAS AN ADDITIONAL DUTY OF CARE TO ITS’ CLIENTS. WE WILL:
Wear a face mask where appropriate.
Support clients in using face coverings safely if they choose to wear one during a session.
Provide gel sanitisers for use by all riders during sessions.
Frequently clean and disinfect objects and surfaces before and after the sessions.
Provide full refunds where clients cannot attend due to suffering from coronavirus symptoms – clients will be encouraged in all cases to stay away if in any doubt.
